Hi, I’m Tanner — founder of CoastKeep and your go-to Guy on the Gulf.

I live full-time in Perdido Key, love working on my home and boat, and found myself constantly helping out friends who own here, but don't live here year-round. Whether it was checking on a house, moving a boat, running an errand, or rolling out trash bins — I became the guy they trusted to keep an eye on things.
